Psychological therapy for adults, couples and the perinatal stage
Psychodynamically grounded clinical support to help you build different ways of relating
Therapy is a space to understand yourself, not to demand that you become"your best self".
I work from an integrative perspective with a primarily psychodynamic foundation. My aim is to help you understand not only the present symptom, but your history, your relationships and the emotional patterns that keep repeating.

Clinical support shaped around your story.
An individual therapeutic process to help you understand your patterns and create real change beyond the consulting room.
Individual Therapy
Working with anxiety and emotional distress. We will understand your story and your patterns so that you can create real change.
Perinatal Psychology
Support through pregnancy and the postpartum period. A safe space to move through the fears, the expectations and the shifts in identity.
Couples Therapy
Working through crises and conflict by looking at the relational dynamic, improving how you communicate and understanding each other's emotional needs.

Understanding is what makes change possible — without the pressure to become "your best self".
My commitment is to offer you a space where you can feel heard and safe enough to speak freely, understanding where things come from so that you notice real change in your everyday life.
Integrative Approach
Understanding Your Story
Real Change
- How does the first contact work? The first step is a 30-minute introductory consultation, completely free of charge. It gives us space to meet, for you to tell me what brings you to therapy, to answer any questions about how I work, and to consider whether I am the right professional to support you.
- What are the fees and how do cancellations work?An individual therapy session (50 min) costs €60, and couples therapy (75 min) costs €75. Fees are the same in person and online. For changes or cancellations I ask for at least 24 hours' notice; otherwise the session is charged (barring exceptional circumstances).
- I have read that your approach is integrative and psychodynamic — what does that mean exactly? It means I do not limit myself to treating the present symptom, but seek to understand your history, your relationships and the patterns that shape your present. At the same time, I bring in psychoeducation and practical tools so that this understanding translates into real change in your daily life.
- Which languages are sessions available in?I work fluently in Spanish, English and Romanian. I know that in therapy, especially for expats, being able to express yourself in your mother tongue — or in whichever language feels most comfortable — is essential to building a good therapeutic bond.
- What happens if I am late joining a session?Sessions last 50 minutes for individual therapy and 75 minutes for couples. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time, with no extension, so that the time and space of the following patients is respected
- Who do you work with?I work mainly with adults, couples and adolescents. I also have very specific areas of specialisation: supporting women and families through the perinatal stage (pregnancy and postpartum), and working as an external psychological practice for companies and their employees.
- Are you going to give me steps to reach 'my best self'?My way of understanding psychology steers clear of motivational slogans and relentless positive thinking. I do not aim to pathologise difficult human experiences, but to offer you a safe clinical environment in which to understand where your distress comes from, so that you can create real change yourself.
